2017-18 Student Information by Grade


At BUGS, we know that each student needs a different level of challenge and support. In order to create balanced classrooms, and to match students with their ideal advancement group, we’d like to assess new students over the summer. Please sign up for a two-hour time slot here. Parents are not required to attend the assessment.



To provide more clarity around the dress code for shirts, we now require BUGS logoed t-shirts for next year. Students will no longer be able to wear plain white or green shirts; they must have the BUGS logo. The teaching staff overwhelmingly believe that moving to an official BUGS shirt will make the policy more clear and therefore maximize instructional time. At the beginning of the year, we will give students an opportunity to add the logo to plain white or green shirts they may already have, and are staff-approved. In addition, the PTA will continue to sell official BUGS tees, now at reduced prices. Thanks in advance for your flexibility during this transition.
